Default Nose Rubs

Persia likes to have the bridge of her nose rubbed. She comes up to me when
she's feeling particularly snuggly and if I pat the top of her head she
turns her face up so I can rub the bridge of her nose. She starts purring
like mad. This leads to her rubbing her face on my hand and either
accepting chin scritches or bowing her head to receive neck scritches (as
she leans in for full affect).

Anyone elses cats like bridge of the nose rubs?

Jill

Rusty (RB) liked it; it seemed to almost put him into a trance. He
also, when he felt especially mellow, allowed me to very gently stroke
over his closed eyes with my fingertips; to me, this felt like a huge
honor and a sign of great trust.

Jake lets me rub his nose, too, but he really likes having his big,
broad head rubbed even better!

Yes, TuTu likes nose rubs, head rubs, and anything else I am willing to
rub. MLB

Yup, my Bandit loves nosie scritches too, as did Aries & Kensey (RB's).
Snowball doesn't mind them but prefers circular rubs to the top of his
head between the ears, while Pericles would rather do without - when he
wants scritches on his own terms and in his own time he likes his
temples (where the fur is sparse in front of his ears) massaged.

Cats are obviously as varied as life itself, I'm pleased to say.

Yep, Bandit loves it. Strangely, she also is the only one of my cats
who gives "nose kisses" - hmmmm, nasal fixation!?? ;

Hugs,
