Kate gets her stitches out
Last Tuesday was the day. I was set to take her on the bus, which I
hate to do, but thought I had no choice. Luckily, my friend Dave found out about it, and was kind enough to get us there and back. The vet tech came out to the waiting area and said "Your guys are so good, we thought we could do it out here so you wouldn't have to wait for a room" So I just held Katie up, she snip-snipped, and we were done. Kate acted like a perfect lady. Jack freaked me out the other day when I noticed he had some redness by his neuter spot. But they told me the scab fell off, and that's what it was. Whew. He, too, is doing quite fine, but I did notice he does have wormies (ewww), so I will have to pick up some meds at the low-cost vaccination clinic Wednesday. I'm taking the kittens in to get their rabies shots, and then they should be all done! Finally! Are Kate and Jack black kitties? For some reason, I think they are black, but just can't remember for sure. |

Kate is a cream-and-white girl with a big tail. I hope to get photos of them up *sometime* soon (can't get my scanner to work, darn it!).
