farm cat story ....lol
when I lived on farm we had old cat that would take off go Tommin . In
these days on one bought cat food , took them to vets, etc. was late 59's, looked out window, saw old tom coming across field, well their standard meal was biscuits & gravy, so I fixed it for him, put it n old cast iron skillet , fed him . he was hungry, after few minutes my grandmother told me check on him. opened back door there he was sound asleep with his face in gravy . i did not touch him, afraid I get scratched, but got piece firewood nudged him awake, he looked at me like leve me alone , lol taht old cat was sighte, I don't remember lot about our cats & dogs from that era as we always had several.
