Default Cat has a sty in her eye.

We took her to the vet and he said he has never seen a cat with this big
pink thing in the corner of her eye. Only on dogs, He gave her some
drops, maybe needs and operation? Has anyone heard of this eye propblem.
She is a 9 year old short haired Black cat, that we got from the vet as a
stray,She is my Husbands baby ,she sleeps with him .

What a nice thing you and your husband did, saving a stray. And your
vet is nice for taking her in, too. Seems your vet will know what to do
better than anyone here, but some may have suggestions. Hope she doesn't need
an operation.

Hi Captain - My kitty was a short-haired, two year-old black cat who
had a sty in her eye. I had to have it surgically removed and all went
fine. She wore a cone on her head for a week or so but it was no
problem. The vet said sometimes they come back, but hers never did.
Fortunately it's something that can be taken care of. Keep me posted!
Good luck!
