Default The water came up so fast.

I had to go up in the attick .. along with all the bugs and a few mice
that were also looking for a dry piece of land. At the time, I had no
time to get the pet taxi. The cat was in the other room.. I had to run in
there
with the water coming up quickly. I grabbed her, and tossed her up in the
attick.
Then I grabbed a few other things and climbed up there myself. Then.. I had
to bust out the
vent opening to get on the roof.. this was very scary..considering if that
vent wasnt there,
we would of drowned. It was dark when we went out the vent. Most of the
people around
me had allready left. I did see an apartment building not far from me with
people waving sheets
and whatever else they had to try to get the helicoptors to stop. I just
dont understand
how this could happen. I think its going to be years before I can get back
to my house.
I lost so many pictures, so much family furniture.. everything.. gone.
