Comforting hugs and purrs, and much sympathy for your loss.

I haven't posted here in a long time, although I do check in an read
sometimes.
Last night, when I went to bed, Shroder was fine. This morning he was

in
the closet, where he never goes. He came out and laid around all day.

We
took him to the vet at 2:00 pm, and then the vet called shortly after

we
got home. He had passed away. The vet said he had Hypertrophic
Cardiomyopathy. In other words, he had an undiagnosed heart disease,

and
apparently had a heart attack and died.
We are, to say the least, in shock.

So sorry to hear that, Dick. I'll light a candle for Shroder's trip to the
Rainbow Bridge. Kitties send condolence and comfort purrs to you.

I'm so sorry! That is a terrible shock. You take him in, expecting him
to have a minor but treatable problem, and suddenly he's gone. It's hard
to imagine.

Purrs for your loss,

Oh my god. How incredibly shocking. It must be hard to believe that he's gone.
I had a cat go in half a day. I walked around in a daze for two weeks. I just
could not believe it. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Take care.
