Congratulations on the loss! It's fine to work down to a healthy weight,
but it can be dangerous to lose too fast, so be careful. You will reach
your goal.

Same to you and just watch and be healthy and not sacrifice health to weight
loss.

Never would do that I am doing so well with it on their diet layout. I am
hoping to blow away their estimates by a year but if it does not happen no
worries. I will get there in time. I won't set my self up for failure by
doing a no matter what goal.
I was joking with mom last night and said I lost 3 cat litter bags ;-)

Careful, you'll be accused of being "religious" if you celebrate
Thanksgiving.

We have have an short church service Thanksgiving eve. Does that make
me "religous"?? I personally would rather be labeled a Christian.
There is a difference!!

Jill I have a response for that for those that are that way.

" I am thankful for this perfect day. Miracle will follow Miracle and
wonders will never cease"

You're certainly right about eating on Thanksgiving, Jill. Most people
think it's a holiday which has the sole purpose of stuffing as much down you
throat as possible (and then feeling the consequences or even just "bloated"
for the rest of the day. I prefer to have "mini meals" all throughout the
day - still enjoying every dish, just not trying to force down lots of every
dish all at one sitting. It does make the day more enjoyable for me. I'll
even go so far as to use slightly smaller plates so you can put into
perspective how much you're planning to eat.

OK, off my soapbox and discontinuing an uninvited lecture! ;
