Well, Otis is almost back to his old self. He slept with me last night and
purred a fair amount. He also sat on my lap a few times tonight while I was
on the computer. It was probably just because he wanted to share his bad
gas. Ewwwwwwwww :-)

Ah yes, the turn around, present your butt to the human, and let out a
fart technique. Who says cats can't use chemical warfare?

Fugazi (RB) used to do what we called the "Fugazi special". She would
sit on your lap and be really affectionate (and she was not a lap cat
really) then she would turn round so her backside was facing the hoomin
nose. Then she would lift her butt as high as she could and let rip
with the f**t that she had been carefully preparing for this moment-
judging by the stench for several days...

When your eyes finally stopped watering she'd be the other side of the
room...grinning at you!

Would you believe I still miss her?

Delighted (not necessarily about the gas).

I'm so relieved to hear Otis is feeling so much better.
Continued purrs and best wishes,
Polonca and Soncek
