Not to mention the tax on petfood, collars, litter, and toys.

Why don't you protest? Gather up a bunch of fellow cat-owners. Dress up as
Indians and dump a bunch of catnip into the ocean. Over here in the
Colonies, we did that in Boston in 1773 and it worked quite well.
