Default I called the humane society...


Maybe things are different in America, but here in Ontario, it is illegal
for a landlord to evict you or refuse to rent to you if you have animals (as
long as they are within the legal limits of how many/breeds). Even if they
have "no pets" in the lease, it is not legal.


I remember being so happy about living in Ontario with that rule...I
don't know if they have it in Nova Scotia.
