Default Cat Killings Proposed In Wisconsin

Has anyone else here read about this one?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7130397/

It is appauling that a firefighter would propose the killing of any cat. I
thought these guys were supposed to save lives? Of course this guy is also a
hunter but it is still disturbing. I hope his proposal is not made a law in
the state of Wisconsin.
