Catnipped back in hospital
Lori went back in the hospital Sunday night with bleeding in her ostomy bag.
Tests today showed more problems with ischemia (no blood flow) to her intestines. They used a camera to see inside and saw that a lot was blanched white but not yet necrotic. They're hoping for the best but there's about 15 feet of intestine they are unable to view. At least there's no infection or perforation so they hope to be able to avoid additional surgery. I'm so sorry to hear this! My prayers are with her, and with you. I know
that having a loved one in the hospital, especially when it's so serious, is incredibly stressful and exhausting. -- Joy Dogs look up to you; cats look down on you; pigs treat you as an equal. -- Winston Churchill "CatNipped" wrote in message ...
