question
I have a fixed cat that constantly mounts my other male cat and he is
not doing anything but lying down the other one tries to get away poor thing but why is he fixed he is still trying to mount? he has been fixed for a year Thanks! |

In this case, it isn't a sexual thing, but rather a matter of domination. He's showing the other cat that he is the top cat, so to speak.
