All of his test results came back great! He still has a bit of a fever,
but is responding well to antibiotics, so they sent him home with some
clavomox. He's much more talkative, purrs, and is still eating and
drinking well. He's a bit anemic, but we've been battling fleas here
since the fosters came in (which is wierd, as they were on Advantage
when I got them, as are my guys). I'm much relieved.

Woo hoo! Hugs and scritches to Ernie!

Priscilla (passing on wishes from Caley, Benjamin, and Sebastian)

thank you! He's still sleeping a lot, which is making Sophie and Audrey
very happy, but the kittens and Bubbas a bit bummed out.

That's great news! Since you are having problems with fleas despite using
Advantage, I would suspect that there are a lot of fleas in your home and
the cats are being reinfected. That would call for treating the premises
and possibly the exterior of the house or apartment (paying particular
attention to cat beds and to the edges of carpeting).

MaryL

Ugh, I know I know. But where the $!@%!! did they come from? They
weren't here before! Those darn kittens. They're only going to get
*several* treats tonite, instead of *a bunch*. That'll show 'em...

I am so happy to hear the great news!
Just as well; I look at Xena and she plays again, eats her mince laced with
antibiotic and doesn't cry anymore....I could HUG the entire Vet
Surgery!!!!!!!
Andr0
PS. A piece of Amethyst crystal in Ernie's water bowl might help fight
fleas.
