Cat Fight

My Cat just got in a fight with this other cat in the woods he came
home with teeth marks in his head, There was no blood but we still
brought him to the vet the vet said he was ok but he needs to take
some sort of medicine... so we bought these pill pocket things for
cats and we put the pills in the little pocket thing and my cat didn't
eat it so we called up the vet and they said were going to have to
force it down at that point I felt very bad but I did what I had to do
I put little cushion things on his teeth held his mouth open and
shoved a pill down his throat but before you know it he was better in
no time but I still had to do it a couple more times

Jacob, it's good that you were able to give your cat the medicine;
when
a cat gets any kind of puncture wound (like a bite)...there's always a
chance the wound can abcess. What your vet gave your cat was
probably an antibiotic to prevent that from happening.
Pill pockets never worked with my cats, either. Sometimes the only
thing to do is force the pill down the cat's throat. He'll forgive
you.
