Default Mild stroke - Tweed

There was no confusion. I had slurred speech and I had difficulty
writing letters with my right hand. Most of this is gone now. I am
very tired but a lot of this is due to the medications.

Last week I suffered a mild stroke. My speech was slightly slurred and
I had trouble writing with my right hand. I called 911 and was
transported to the hospital where I had a cat scan, MRI and ultrasound
of my neck arteries. I was admitted for two days and then released with
three prescriptions. My good neighbor took care of feeding the cats. I
am back to mostly normal now.

How are you doing now, Mike?

Strokes can develop in unpredictable ways. It isn't necessarily
all over and settled as soon as you get home. (If you're still
having problems, try a stroke support charity - they know what
they're doing, often better than doctors).
