He looks very much like my Tiger. http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/View...0&p=3D7190793= 3&Sequence=3D0&res=3Dhigh Tiger is 6 and weights 23.6 pounds. I think he is a Maine Coon and it looks like Kona was at least part Maine Coon too. ---MIKE--- In the White Mountains of New Hampshire (44=B0 15' N - Elevation 1580') You're right-they look like relatives. I think Tiger is gorgeous. The thought of what it would have looked like if they had been able to be in the same room together makes me smile. Of course, each one would have needed his own chair. :-) |

I almost hesitate to post something this personal because of all of the tragedy going on in the aftermath of Katrina, but I know people here understand. I had to let Kona go to the Bridge Tuesday night. Around the beginning of July he developed a swelling in the side of his face, some discharge from his nose, a bit of difficulty breathing through his nose and a high fever. snip You did the best for him. It's so hard to do the right thing, I've felt like I've failed them. Purrs from here. -- "The web has got me caught. I'd rather have the blues than what I've got." via Nat King Cole |

oups.com He was just a really, really wonderful, sweet guy. I'm so grateful for the time he was able to share with me but I miss him so much and I have that empty feeling now when I come home and he isn't there waiting for me. {{{{HUGS}}}} I'm so sorry to hear about your boy. The only consolation in your grief is that he was spoiled and pampered and love in his final years. We'll light a candle for him. Helen M -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG |
