A) No need to defend your decision to me. My cats both came from a
shelter, but if they're being bred, then they need homes. full stop. Here
in the mountains of BC (Nelson , to be specific) there's a large 'hippie'
population & alot of folks who think fixing there cats is 'unnatural,
man'.... As a result, our 2 local shelters are overwhelmed with kittens....
Hence my choice in finding felines.

B) How are your children coping with all of this? Must be tough dealing
with a sick cat, issues with the breeder & explaining all of this to a
couple of young innocents.

C) I really hope you go to the health inspector on this one, they have wide
& sweeping powers & can shut this BIT*# down in a heartbeat. They're kinda
like the Gestapo that way, you have no appeal when they say it's over.

D) Good Luck!!! And, if nothing else works, I've been meaning to take a
road trip to Cowtown..... I'm a large, healthy male. & can be AMAZINGLY
persuasive when I choose to be..... I can easily be persuaded for the sake
of humane treatment of felines.... & mabey a nice bottle of wine...;-)
