You should remove this immediately. It looks as though the cat has
been tossed in the lake to me. This doesn't look 21st century stylish.
It looks as if it belongs in with the thinking of the previous
century. That’s just my opinion, of course, so be my guest if you want
to continue to make yourself look bad….

You should remove this immediately. It looks as though the cat has been
tossed in the lake to me. This doesn't look 21st century stylish. It
looks as if it belongs in with the thinking of the previous century.

continue to make yourself look bad….

You may need to adjust the brightness on your screen so that you can see
more details. The cat is not in the water; instead, it is walking along
a pebbly shore, a couple of feet from the water.

on land, it should be easy to see, due to the contrast between the cat and
the background, that the cat is obviously walking, and it's also looking
pretty calm - neither of which would be true if it were actually *in* the
water. I adore cats but I've never met one who can walk *on* water.

Especially one that could do so in that light and not leave a

which is completely different from color photography.

I used to develop the negatives, and print the B&W photos myself.

When you did this, you could manipulate how the photo would look. A sort
of chemical form of photoshopping a photo.

Except is was accepted, and encouraged, by professional photographers

Whoever took this photo is a far better photographer than I ever was.

Huh? Are you looking at the same photo I am? The cat is clearly
perfectly dry and walking along the shore. Why should you think it had
been "tossed" anywhere?
