You could try emptying the temporary internet files cache, and degramenting
the hard drive. Sounds like it's a bit chocca. See what happens after that.

Oh, sorry I didn't make myself clear enough - this is only the "framework"
that up (just the graphics and page layouts). I'm trying to design the
graphics and layouts first and then when that's settled on I'll start adding
the content.

Thanks for letting me know about the slow download - I'm using a T1 line at
work and have a cable modem at home, so I need feedback from people who are
using phoneline modems (as will a lot of our customers be using).
