Handmade felted wool cat bad (OT now, and long)

He had his 80th birthday on Dec 21, and we made it a special occasion. He had two birthday cakes, one at lunch time and the other in the evening when they went out for an Indian meal. I don't think we'll have him much longer :-(( He had to be admitted to hospital with a heart scare on Wednesday, it turned out his Digoxin meds had built up too much. He went in at 12.30 pm and didn't get a bed until 1.30 a.m the next morning. It is a special heart hospital. Poor Auntie Margaret was so freaked out she had two angina attacks herself while she was there. snip Lots and lots of purrs and best wishes for your aunt and your uncle to be together for a long time, Polonca and Soncek Thanks, Polonca. You always say such nice and positive things. Tweed |

"CatNipped" wrote in message ... "Christina Websell" wrote in message ... It's hard when the heart has to let go. I hope your aunt can take care of herself when he's gone. She can not just take care of herself, she can take care of anyone else who might need it! Is there an option that she might be able to come and live with you? It won't be necessary, she has a huge extended family for support and besides that, she wouldn't want to! I can't imagine living alone - I've never had to do so either. It has advantages. I have the tv remote control in my power. I have learned how to deal with big spiders. I can sprawl out all over the bed. There are disadvantages too, no one to hold a fencepost when I need to sledgehammer it into the ground.. Tweed |
