Default Irish Kitties???

If there are any Irish kitties here, I wish them happy Irish eyes on
this St. Pat's Day. And hope they get some corned beef for their din. MLB

Kristi mentioned corned beef in Guinness- is corned beef on St
Patrick's day a Merkin tradition? Mind you she also mentioned a
brisket of corned beef so I am wondering if Merkin corned beef is not
the same thing us Brits call corned beef?

Sorry, Persia isn't Irish. She's part russian blue, part siamese and who
knows what other parts But I've got corned beef cooking. Just added the
cabbage and the red potatoes. It's the one time of year I make this dish
and I love it.
