Default Tail thumping

Big Red, the 23 pound Orange Tabby, will thump his tail if annoyed. I've
never seen another cat do this. Has anyone else observed this behavior?
It's funny to see him do it.

Yep. I do dis too. When I get annoyed mineown tail slashes back an forth
an up an down an sometimes it makes a thumping noise. Mine irritating
liddle brofur Ranger does dis too, when him is purrparing to pounce on a
innocent victim. But hims tail is not as muscular as mineown so him
usually doesn't "thump".

No need to feel ashamed. I sometimes like a good roll in da nip too. An
you should see Fluffybutt! And I won't even mention what Cleocatra gets
like when da nip is out.

I'll be dere when you arrive.
