Default Emergency

I've had a LOT go on in the past few days (too much to explain heree)
but I spent most of the day at the DMV, yay.

So I come home after a long day and Mayhem right there to meet me.

She's crying, but in a frantic type crying. Like something is
wrong.

"What's wrong?" I asked, I followed her to the back office. Was
someone sick? injured?"

She stopped in front of the food dish. It was empty.

*sigh* Clearly she was saying "This dish is EMPTY!! It's a TERRIBLE
emergency and only YOU can fix it!!"

So like a good slave I fed them dinner.

silly cats,

Kristi

You had me worried for a moment, thank goodness you were home in time to
fill the dish.

We always used that line when a pet acted excited or alarmed. My
grandfather or grandmother must have watched the show where it
originated. :-,)

Whatever you say my friend. We use that line when someone tells a tale that
seems a bit far fetched.
