about the weather.
He's been in most of the day, had a big dinner, had a snooze and decided he
needed to go out to relieve his bladder, so he presented himself at the back
door. I opened it and he was shocked to see that it was throwing it down
with rain. Pouring.
He turned back to think about it.
There is a litter box he can use, but no, he put his ears back and went out
into the rain.
Aww.

What, you didn't go out with him and hold an umbrella?! Tsk, tsk ;-)

There is a particular place where he likes to wee, 200 yards down the garden
and no, I will not be out with my umbrella It's more than raining, it's
throwing it down.
He has a choice. Nice clean litter box in the house or out for a wee in the
rain.
He is not a fan of the litter box. The only time he was forced to use it
was when I kept him in to make sure I could catch him for his snip.

Still remember when I was visiting my parents across the country and
got a phone call from Charlie. It was pouring down rain. Now
normally it doesn't rain here all summer and the was the first rain
of the fall. We had two six month old puppies and a young cat that
had never seen rain. And he couldn't figure out how to get them
outside.

I pretty much explained what an umbrella was, that we did in fact
own one, and where we kept it.

Poor Boyfie, it's the same here, oddly enough. We supposed to get something
like 2" today.
