[as they danse they hear a siren in the distance and see a red flare

[As Tiger and Anais dance, a small jeep can be seen speeding towards the
beach from the main part of the island. A frazzled-looking kitty is at the
wheel. The jeep screeches to a halt at the edge of the beach, and the
driver runs to the beach. Spotting Mmme. Anais and Cleo, he runs directly
to them. The cats huddle in conference.]

Ranger, would you do me a favor? Run over to that far end of the beach and
climb to the top of the biggest palm tree you can find. Let me know what
you see to our south (that's that way [pointing]). Then run back. Don't do
your tree-to-tree swing thing, please, just run.

messenger from the main resort was warning us that a gang of dog pirates
just raided the main resort and made off with the island's entire supply
of catnip.
