We've started to use the wood burning fireplace again, burning up some old
scraps before the new wood arrives. Both girls love the fireplace, it's one
of the few things they agree on. They will even sleep (almost) together in
front of the fire.

We normally keep the kindling/scraps in a feed bag close to the fireplace.
One night I left the half empty feed bag on it's side in front of the fire.
I went to add some more scraps to the fire, only to find Cali sleeping on
the wood inside the bag. Cali, who hates being under the covers in bed. Even
after the bag was empty she kept going back inside to sleep. The bag is NOT
airtight (woven fiber) in case you're concerned. Smokey would love to join
her in the bag, but she knows that's not going to happen.

Also discovered that Smokey likes Honey.
