Default Washing machine

I just had my failing washing machine replaced by Sears. Boy, are they
fast! They were in and out of the house in about 10 minutes. They said that
their procedure specifies a 12 minute window for replacing a washing
machine. It's like a magic show where voila, you turn around and your old
washing machine is gone, and a different one is there in its place.

Dot loves visitors, and I didn't want her to get caught up in this flurry
of moving heavy appliances, so I closed the door to the upstairs. Buster,
as expected, hid under a couch, making himself very flat and inconspicuous.
Good boy.

Right now, they're both suspiciously staking out the laundry room, where
the washing machine is busy churning on its inaugural load of clothing.

IMHO getting a new appliance is fun - - for everybody. May it serve you
long and well. MLB
