Default Maestro :-( My Heart is Breaking

Maestro has severe heart disease (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), and
will be leaving for the Bridge later today.

The cardiologist told me there's fluid in the periocardium, his atrium
is dilated, his ventricle walls are thickened, and there is a bit of
fluid in his chest cavity. They also saw spokes, which they think
might be clots. There may also be neurological damage not related to
his heart.

His prognosis, even with medication is very poor. Graeme and I have
talked it over, and have decided that we don't want our poor boy to
suffer, and have decided that the kindest thing is to send him to the
Bridge to be with Liddle Zoë Underfoot, Vinnie, and all the other
furrbabies where he can be healthy again.

I wish I could stop crying. :-(

Sorry, that was tears. Willow walked across in front of me and I didn't
catch the misspelling.
