A good friend of mine in Texas is in need of some major purrs. This lady
owns a ranch where she has been raising horses and cattle, raising an
orphaned wolf pup and a rescued wolf/dog hybrid, operating a prairie dog
sanctuary, and caring for 3 kitties - 2 kittens and an adult. She's a
wonderful, caring person.

Tragedy struck Friday. Someone deliberately set fire to her house. She
and her kids got out (barely) and were able to get the 2 kittens out
with them. The adult cat, the wolf, and the wolf/dog didn't make it out
- they perished in the fire. Her house was completely destroyed.

Purrs that she and her kids can rebuild their home, weather the
financial hardship, and deal with the loss and grieving would be greatly
appreciated.

Dan

Buckets of purrs and wags going out to you friend.

And the most *heinious* of stinky, soggy, stainy maggot infested litterbox
dregs to the culprits. Murderers.

Purrs for this lovely lady and her kids, fur and bare, to come through
this bad time. Will light a candle that those who didn't make it out
in time find their way safely to the RB

And some major litterbox offerings for the sorry excuse for a hoomin
who would set fire to their home.

I would like to send purrs that they are able to rebuild and recover,
and also that the perps are caught and locked up. Does she know why
someone did this? Was it a prank, or were there some motives underlying
it? I hope she and her family will be safe.

Grrr... arsonists are a particularly horrible breed of offender.
Purrs for the lady and her family. No-one should have to endure a
loss like this.

How horrible! We are sending our best purrs, and hope whoever did
such a thing gets what they deserve.
