Default spayed cat flirting behaviour

we have a 1 1/2 year old maine coon female who flirts with my husband!
it's very sweet but i've never known a cat to do this. she'll come
stand right in front of him, arch her back and shake her tail while
chiriping and meowing and then she flops over on the ground and rolls
on her back. is this flirting? she's a complete drama queen with me
but just absolutely in love with him. has anyone ever seen this in a
girl cat?

Sounds like she's wanting attention from him! =^_^= I have one of my boys
who does this to...well, about anyone, as well as one of my girls.

My cat does that arched back / shaky tail thing too. I thought she did it
because she was cold (I really don't know WHY I thought that though!!).
What does it really mean?

Some call it "happy tail".
