Poor Dulce Mae,that must be awfully frustrating for her,
but at least she gave me a good laugh, thank you Dulce Mae Jean.P. Mark Edwards wrote in message news I've mentioned that Dulce Mae has figured out how to open doors by pulling on the knobs. The coffee table in the living room has a couple of doors on the side like this. These doors also have latches inside (not just magnets), so that gentle pressure is required to open the doors. I'm watching Dulce Mae, as she realizes there are *knobs* on the doors. The gears turn, and she sits up on her hind legs, so she can pull on the knobs. Closed door bother Dulce Mae. The doors don't open. She stares, then goes at it again, her shoulder muscles obviously working a little harder. Still the doors don't open. One more time, and she appears to be straining, irritated at doors that don't respond to her superior feline wiles. Again, the doors don't open. Dulce Mae rears back, slaps the doors with one paw, then stalks off cussing. Little Feet and Buster both walked directly away from Dulce Mae... Hugs and Purrs, Mark |
