Heard most of this and had a chuckle even though I don't approve so
please don't abort my street-cred. The American Food and Drugs Agency might
grimace a little, the Revenue, a lot.

A rich man buys a cat.
A poor man eats a cat.
An entrepreneur poor man who wants to become a rich man steals loads of
cats, skins them to make fur coats,hats and mittens and sells the cat flesh
to a curry takeaway. He pockets the bucks then takes a bus back to Tijuana.
