OT - Household Chores?

I hate all housework. My mother tried, she *really tried* to teach me, but I just never caught on. I could clean a room and it looked fine to me, but then she'd go through and it would *sparkle*, and I still have no idea how she did that.

So I have a cleaning lady. I LOVE my cleaning lady. She comes once a month and makes my apartment sparkle. I even bought a Dyson for her to use. (I've used it maybe 3 times?) On the good side, having her come once a month makes me go around and pick up stuff and put it away so she can clean (hence the phrase 'cleaning before the cleaning lady comes'. I even do the dishes and everything (which I don't mind), but I leave the scrubbing to her. She's a gem. The Princess Rita loves her, too, so it's a win-win situation!

I do like doing my own laundry, though. My apartment complex has a laundry service, but I rarely use them. I mostly do my own, because I actually *like* sitting on the couch with my favorite shows, folding clean laundry.
