You left out Arthur's Knob in New Zealand- I have a photo somewhere of
our friend Tel standing by a sign that annouces "Welcome to Arthur's
Knob". He came across the town when he was over there and for some
reason he immediately thought "Gotta get a pic of that for Dave and
Lesley"
