Default cat art goes conceptual

I answered an ad on the Edinburgh Gumtree small ads site from
an art student who wanted to collect the purrs of 100 cats for
a project. After a couple of misunderstandings she came round
today and recorded a few of ours on her Edirol digital recorder
(Splodge and Ollie weren't in a purry mood).

Her idea is to build a shed which will let loose with all of
those purrs when you walk into it, like a small cathedral of
purr. I can't wait to see the finished article.

Wow! Scotland has just moved up on my travel wish-list. What a
fabulous idea.

I want to go into a cathedral of purrs!

We already get a kick of putting our head between the sisters and
getting purrs in surround-sound.

Do you think she'll post a web site for it? If so, please let us know. I
love the idea and would love to see it. Another reason to visit Scotland.

Pam S. who already has tons of reasons to go there

Haggis is one of the drawbacks of going there. I don't do gut cuisine.

If you eat any form of sausage, including hot dogs, you have probably
"done gut cuisine" without knowing it.
