two rude awakenings
This morning, as I was just starting to wake up, I stretched my legs, and
one foot poked out from under the covers. Unfortunately, I accidentally poked Cinders, who was asleep on that section of the bed. She expressed her displeasure by slapping my toe with her claws out. It didn't break the skin, but it certainly woke me up in a hurry! -- John F.
