OT - funny dog pic

I posted on ABPA, but I know not everyone gets binary newsgroups, so I
uploaded to webshots. There are 6 pics of our rescued dog (he has patchy
fur on his back half, but when we got him he had *NO* fur on his back half
at all!) Three of them are the funny ones, the other 3 are "normal".

LOL! How did he get his head and collar through there!? Foster dog?
Purrs (sorry, no dogs, so no doggy drool for you) that he gets a home

LOL! How did he get his head and collar through there!? Foster dog?

No, he's ours - we got him this summer from an elderly uncle of DH's - he
could no longer care for him properly, and he hadn't taken him to a vet in
at least 5 years. He had no fur from his shoulderblades back, and has scar
tissue on his knees & the fronts of his elbows where he chews himself - not
sure if he has arthritis (he's about 13 years old), or if he is OCD and does
it out of 'boredom', hence the e-collar - but he can still reach his front
toes with the e-collar on. We call him the cone-head . He also has
cataracts, and doesn't see too well.

All we knew from DH's uncle was "terrier mix" - vet says he looks like a
Wire Haired Fox Terrier.
