I physically feel so much better *and I can say I am feeling much better
about myself in appearance. I am still a big guy *I may need surgery to
remove the apron effect of the weight loss in the future but it will be
worth it to stay alive and feel better.

wonderful progress, and even though I don't know you, I'm awfully
