Hi folks,

Haven't been around for a while due to problems with my PC, so
appologies to those who got in touch and I didn't reply to. ) I'll do
it in the next few days...

Please could I have some job interview purrs? I applied for a job at the
National Assembley for Wales as the Welsh Assembley government
Environment, Conservation and Management Officer. The job application
was pretty tough, and I didn't hold out much hope of success as the job
sounded perfect for me - basically writing government policy for the
management of national parks, and we all know what happens when you
really want something. G

I got a letter this morning, and I HAVE BEEN INVITED FOR AN INTERVIEW ON
3rd AUGUST at 10am!! Woo!!

Please purr and pray that I am successful. This would be a great job - I
could walk to work, with great working conditions and a job I could
really get stuck into and enjoy. The one downside is that I have to give
a 5 minute presentation on what I consider to be the biggest
environmental challenge affecting Wales, and how the Welsh Assembley
would tackle it. Gulp I'm calling in the favours of a friend at the
Welsh Environment Agency to help me, but even so...

Anyway, please wish me luck.

Helen M

Purrs on the way! And hey, nothing wrong with enlisting a little help with
the presentation. You can't be expected to know everything before you ever
start the job!
