Default OT Puppies update Sept. 19

Thanks for all the purrs and good wishes. I'm sorry I was not able to
respond to everyone. We had a last minute invitation and were gone yesterday
afternoon and overnight last night.
I went to PetsMart yesterday (Saturday) as the rescue organization people
had just arrived and set up. The puppy was there. She is about twice the
size she was when we took her in. She was in a large cage, happy, tail
wagging, and looking around. I said hi to her through the wire, and she
gave me a little lick on the cheek.
I stayed around for an hour or so, shopping and picking up items for Cinder
and Rosie while sneaking peeks at the pup from a distance.
She was doing great. Very calm, but not retiring. Not concerned at all with
the commotion. Slept peacefully next to a pile of stuffed toys.
I talked to the woman from the rescue agency, and she said the other puppy
went to a young couple. They have no children and she will be their baby,
spoiled like the little princess she is. The already have taken her to the
vet to have her spay stitches removed and reported back to the agency that
they are enjoying the puppy and she is doing great. (Whew. Big sigh of
relief.)
The remaining puppy was not adopted by the time I left, but she is beautiful
and so well behaved that I'm sure she'll steal someone's heart.
Meanwhile, Rosie and Cinder had some fresh pots of grass and new toys to
play with when we were gone overnight.
Thanks again.
Annie

Hi Tak,
Yep, she's just waiting for the right person to adopt.
