Yeappie Norton's won't block your out going mail unless you don't allow
your email program to access the internet you can find that out by open NIS click on status and settings than click on personal firewall than click on configure than in the tabs you will see a program tab click on that and it will list all the programs that you have block or allowed access to the internet you can modify them from there Depending on how experienced you are with NIS if you need any help ask I am running NIS 2006 pro for corporate there are quite a few settings to change to give you max protection that are off by default "Lucy's Mom" wrote in message ... It popped up a window saying something along the lines that NIS had "learned" my Agent program. I'm absolutely un-experienced with NIS. So any tips you have to offer would be gratefully accepted. --Kim |
