Fangu, Sekrit Santa! We'ze all luffin ower prezzies. Meowmie puttid
alla da ornamints onna da tree, and me anna Midnite tuked dem all offa
da tree! We lykes dat game. Anna da soft cuddly blankie iz ware
Charlie is sittin' sinz he kamed howme frum TED yestiday. Anna
owerown Meowmie wuz uzin' wonada mugs, but she wud not shair!
Hmffff..how duz she no iffn kitties wud lyke coco wif rum ifn she
duzn't let usses try it!

Oh, an' we'ze also sendin' menny, menny fangus to Bast anna dat Baby
Jesus anna whoeffur elz mite be lissenin' fur lettin' Charlie kume
howme--even do we kan't play wif hym yet.

Hoomin note: While Charlie is much better, he is refusing to eat, &
the vet is conerned. She thought he might be moer likely to eat at
home, but so far, all he has accepted is a little bit of catnip and a
small spoonful of Kraft grated cheese (his favorite). Not exactly a
healthy diet! I have several kinds of cat food to try, as well as
baby food, & if all else fails, I'll cook for him!

Thu Cooper Cats r glad yur Charlie iz home. R mom's hoomin famably
had uh Charlie cat too. That Charlie wuz uh bit, um, um, larje! 1
time thu naybor man saw him running around wit thu kittee kalled Sir
Edmund Hillaree (thiz wuz uh long time ago). He sed thu brown 1
(Eddie) & hiz wife (Charlie) wur running round thu nayborhood! No 1
wanted 2 tell Charlie that sum1 thot he wuz uh gurl kittee!
We likes babee fud meets & we kums runnin' wen mom 'pops thu top'. We
will purr lots & lots 4 yur Charlie!

When Sundance was sick and wouldn't eat, a friend recommended giving him
some canned mackeral -- apparently cats have a hard time resisting that. I
didn't have mackeral, so I tried sardines, and they did the trick.
