Teeth cleaning?
"Christina Websell" wrote in message ... "jmcquown" wrote in message ... No, I did not like it, but when KFC only wanted to eat a collared dove, and not cat food when she was failing, he went out and got her several and put them in front of her. He never ate one himself and never shows any interest in them now. How did he know to do that? Tweed Boyfie is obviously a caregiver kitty. He knew what he'd want to eat, so he brought them to KFC. I think it's very sweet. It wasn't what he wanted to eat. He has never eaten a collared dove in his life. He prefers his food to have a cat on the packet, tin, or pouch. Tweed I meant, what SHE (KFC) would want to eat. DUH! Jill |

Tweed I meant, what SHE (KFC) would want to eat. DUH! But how did he *know* that at some point in her kidney failure the only thing she fancied to eat was a collared dove and he went out and got them for her? He has never caught one since she passed. He would never eat a collared dove, they have a lot of feathers on, and legs and a beak to eat. KFC could and would crunch up the lot. That's a girl that has survived in the wild. Boyfie likes cat food, preferably Whiskas pouches so there was no reason for him to catch collared doves at all. He also likes dry food and would live on it if I let him. I think he came from a home that fed him on dry, but I will never know because he cannot tell me. I am fairly sure he was loved by his previous owners because of the amazingly posh collar he had when he got here. I tried hard to find his previous owners, I put him on the local radio and advertised widely. No go. I feel sure that he must have got into a delivery van miles away and got out here. No way would anyone not want him. Pity they had not chipped him. I would have sent him straight back to his home had he been chipped. He's chipped to me now. Maybe his previous family misses him. I would say to them neuter your boys so they do not wander and sometimes they will be killed under cars and lorries like my mother's neighbour's cat were. She had a female cat that she did not spay. The boy kittens grew up unneutered and all of them were killed by lorries in our village. Not a pleasant sight. |
