Diary of a Cat Sanctuary
Kats & Kits is a cat sanctuary in the middle of rural England that provides
a permanent home for up to 65 cats rescued by local front-line groups; e.g. RSPCA, Cats Protection etc, that, because of physical or behavioural problems, cannot be re-homed. Run entirely by volunteers and funded by solely by donations, the team has started a diary to record the highs and lows of the sanctuary as they overcome the daily challenges of running the establishment and, hopefully, act as an additional source of back-ground funding between the higher profile summer teas and christmas fayres fund raising events. Though its still early days, the diary is growing quickly - so please drop by - all comments welcome. http://katsandkits.blogspot.com Many thanks Steve Carter (son of volunteer and Kats & Kits IT support - that probably makes me a sucker!!) |
