Default WNV in cats and dogs

I was curious about WNV when a feral has suddenly changed its behavior
(bad mosquito problem here). He had a rabies shot, so it isn't that
and yes, you guys, I think everyone is right that he decided he likes
humans. But I found this about WNV from the CDC website and it eased
my mind.
