The hotel owner Miss Frankie has arranged for all of us, doggies too, to
ride on a float in the parade tomorrow. This parade is for families.
It's a time for young kits and puppies to enjoy.We will be tossing beads
and small toys from the float. We are to gather in the main lounge at
2:00 and Miss Frankie will take us to the holding area where the floats
line up.

Cash anna Daisy ranned out to sniff da sites. Kin I ask wut color you
are cause i'z gots sum pink beads dat don't work fur mai eye. You kin
have dem iffin pink works fur you? Ohh! I sniff a friend too! Iffin
pink wurks fur her iz happy!

Iowna happily sniffs about and bumps into a chair then laughs and
sniffs a new route through the bar. Lucy Lu waves and forgets Iowna
can't see her but WooToo snags her along to the table.

Iowna gets settled and waves her head just like Ray Charles with as big
of a grin. Her sparkley head dress now has a few ribbons floating
through the top. Her eye patch has grown an impressive raft of
feathers making for a really cool eyebrow. It is all the more
impressive because the other eye is missing yet she is lovely still and
obviously having fun. Sniffing she finds Wootoo on her left and she
can sniff Hari but there is a doggie between them.

"Hai, Mai name is Iowna. Iz sniff Hari next to you soz youz friends
right?" Looking to sniff over she bumps into Starr but it's a gentle
bump. Much like a cat nose boop. Slightly startled, they both giggle.

The bartender seeing this smothers a grin and asks what the 2 would
like. Starr dithers for a moment so Iowna asks for a Rhoade Island
Blizzard for 2. The bartender looks a bit confused for a moment so
sotto voce she helps: 1 chicken back, 1 chicken wing, 1 cup chicken
broth, 2 jiggers vodka. Served in a traditional margarita glass with
the salt rim but no lime. A wedge of watermelon is a bonus though.

Turning to Starr, Iowna asks if she'd like to share as the bartender
drops a chicken back and wing in the blender and looks for chicken
broth....

As they wait a commotion happens at the door. Cash and Daisy-chan come
in so bedecked in beads they are laughing as they have trouble walking.

Iowna swirls on her stool and misjudges and goes splat on the floor.
She shakes her head for a moment then sniffs to get her bearings and
joins her family. There are a lot of sniffs to see on the way, but she
centers in on family then guides them back the the table.

'Hai Harri' says Daisy-chan while Cash politely seats by Starr.
Suddenly Cash dodges under Starrs nose and licks Harri's nose! Oh my!

He then bashfully festoons Harri and Starr with some beads. Everyone
laughs at the fast stolen kiss.

Wez finded sum hats fur me anna Cash dat look like little cones anna
dey have a light elastic to hold dem on by running under our floppy
beagle ears. Meowmie covered mine in orange glitter then added
swirls of purple anna gold.

Fur feathers, wez gotted fake ones cuz we don't wanna hurt any
birdies just to wear dem but wez making doggles wif feather
eyelashes for Daisy anna Cash. Maiself, I'z got a pirate patch fur
mai blind eye soz I don't get poked bai accident.
