Thing in a Bag - the saga continues
Let me preface this by saying that by now I am the third person and I
don't know how many cats to try out this particular thing in a bag. I am hereby convinced that whoever came up with this idea did absolutely no market research what-so-ever. Stripey Thing (3 years old) - has not come within three feet of it and that was by accident. Tony (11 years old) - intrigued at first, got a little more comfortable after a bit, made a few bats and then got bored and walked away. He returns to the room everytime I turn it on though - kind of like I have turned on a can opener! Mattie (1 year old) - my best shot at a home for this toy. She sidled right up to it and watched it immediately, jumping everytime it made a noise. Then she started batting it around. Now, I can turn the thing on and as it rattles around on the floor, it can rattle right into her and she just lays there and ignores it - she couldn't care less that it is rattling into her belly. Who is next for the Thing in a Bag? Email me. Bridget |

I Reckon IBKFergus might like it - she loves All Things Bag-like and htere's got to be *something* she prefers to practice her hunting skill on more than poor Cary's toes! You know what the answer is, don't you... they're not selling toys to the CATS, they're selling them to the OWNERS! There's no telling what a feline will find amusing - ours seem to prefer cardboard boxes and plastic drink lids to anything bought... the novelty of even the shiniest crinkliest birdy pales in the face of a juice cap :P ~Karen aka Kajikit Crafts, cats, and chocolate - the three essentials of life http://www.kajikitscorner.com *remove 'nospam' to reply |

Bitties LOVE when Mommy buys a big Transformer because it means they have this great BOX to play in!!! I ought to start writing those purchases down as half human entertainment, half cat expense. --Fil |
