Default A good-hearted woman

We often complain about cold-hearted or just plain ignorant people.
Well, this proves that there still are good people, quietly doing acts
of kindness.

Yesterday, we went to a lender to see about getting a mortgage for our
new house. We remarked to the woman that the cat in the photo looks
exactly like our Cinder. She said he is her mother's cat. When her
mother died, the woman inherited her mother's house. She considered
selling the house and taking the cat to her own home, But, she has
dogs and she knew the cat was comfortable in his own home. The man
who cared for her mother before she died was fond of the cat, so the
woman kept her mother's house as a place where the cat could live with
the caretaker.

I love to hear about people like that! there are a lot of good people, but
we don't hear about them often enough.
