Default Having a Bad Dream? (Kitty Sensitivity)

We all know our slaves can tell if we don't feel well. This is similar to
that. I was having a horrific dream and just before I woke up from it I was
sobbing (in the dream); I was really, really upset. I don't know if I was
making those sounds out loud but it was that moment Persia gently touched my
cheek. It was one of those nightmares it is hard to drag yourself out of; a
struggle to consciousness and the dream lingers after you awaken. She
gently repeated the process until I opened my eyes and turned my head to
look at her.

There were no tears on my face but I've been known to wake myself up
sometimes by speaking out loud if something in a dream image requires a
strong reaction, so it's quite possible I *was* making sounds. It's also
quite possible Persia simply sensed my profound distress and decided enough
was enough.

Nocturne and the bitties have both done this for me.

Also, I have woken Nox out of nightmares...she's deep asleep,
unresponsive to light touches and trembling/thrashing/making noises of
distress. Once awakened, she clings to me, then reverts to normal.

P S. Nox might /rather/ you read the above as "Nocturne IS a
nightmare," so don't tell
